General Information
Our office accepts most vision insurances. VSP, Spectera, MES, Superior, Davis, Always Care, Tricare, Avesis, Eyemax, EBA&M, UFCW, Blue Shield PPO, Premier Eye Care, March, Eyemed, United Healthcare, and Medicare.
If we are unable to submit a claim to your insurance, we can provide a form that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
The highest compliment our patients can give is the referral of their friends and family. Thank you for your trust.
We accept walk ins anytime we are open! Please keep in mind that there MAY be a wait for walk ins as we will take appointments first since they have previously reserved the time.

OUR SERVICES
Comprehensive Eye Exams
Includes full vision analysis, eye health evaluation, retinal imaging, dilation, Glaucoma
screening, Cataracts screening, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and a written prescription for eye glasses.
Ocular Emergencies
We treat eye infections, acute red eyes, foreign body removals, corneal ulcers, corneal abrasion, dry eyes, and ocular allergies just to name a few.
Digital Retinal Imaging
We take photos of every patient's eyes. The images provide a lot of information and can help us detect and manage sight threatening eye diseases.
Contact Eye Exams
Includes comprehensive eye exam and examination for soft or rigid gas permeable lenses, soft contact lens samples, 2 months of follow up visits, and a written prescription for eye glasses and contact lenses.
LASIK Consultations & Comanagement
Complementary LASIK consults for every patient. Dr. Liem had Lasik in 2009 so he will be able to answer all of your questions about refractive surgery.
Pediatric Eye Exam and MiSight Certified
We start checking children as young as 2 years old. Yearly eye exams are recommended until 18 years of age. MiSight is the only FDA approved contact lens proven to slow the progression of myopia.

Dr. David Liem
Optometrist
David Liem was born and raised in Monterey Park, CA and graduated from the University of California at Irvine with his Bachelor of Science in Biology.
While in school, Dr. Liem found his passion for helping people and continued onto optometry school at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, graduating in 2001 with honors in patient care.
Dr. Liem is a board certified optometrist, and has served as an examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO).
Prior to starting his practice in 2011 at Sam's club in La Habra, Dr. Liem practiced at Kaiser Permanente in Baldwin Park and also worked at Costco in Marina del Rey and Azusa.
Dr. Liem has a passion for serving the local community in and around Los Angeles and Orange County.
